It turns out that a huge number of bands have covered this great song, and I've cited a few of them on the cover - but no room for Lorde, and others.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI spend hours searching for olde timey river baptism images, but there were no vintage retro pulp paperback covers that showed what I was looking for, and no vintage books or ads or posters that I could see . . . even vintage photographs were insufficient.
